Law Firm Management: Practical Strategies from Astute Dispute Resolution

On 14 February 2025, Nhu-Hoang Tran Thang, founder of Astute Dispute Resolution, participated in an online event series on law firm management organized by ADR Vietnam Chambers LLC. The session, conducted in Vietnamese, brought together over 220 Vietnamese lawyers and other professionals.

During her presentation, Nhu-Hoang shared practical insights on launching and growing a small law firm, drawing from the Astute experience. She covered key topics such as personal and corporate branding, global networking, peer marketing, reputation management, and leveraging technology to optimize and scale legal practice.
