In 2026, Nhu-Hoang Tran Thang joined the Editorial Team of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) Newsletter. It is a welcome opportunity to contribute to practical discussions within the Swiss arbitration community.
ASA Newsletter #7, published on 2 April 2026, includes a full report of the 2026 Swiss Arbitration Summit by Nhu-Hoang.
The same issue launched the new "Swiss Arbitration Quick Tip" series, with her first contribution on VAT applicable to Swiss arbitrators' fees.
The second Quick Tip, published in ASA Newsletter #8, covers perjury in arbitration hearings held in Switzerland.
