We are delighted to share that Nhu-Hoang Tran Thang, founder of Astute Dispute Resolution, has once again been featured as a Future Leader in the Lexology Index: Arbitration 2026.
This marks the seventh consecutive year that Nhu-Hoang has been recognised for her work in international arbitration, a testament to the trust placed in her by clients, the esteem of peers, and the results delivered over years of practice.
What is the Lexology Index?
The Lexology Index: Arbitration is a respected annual ranking developed by Lexology and Global Arbitration Review. It compiles the names of lawyers recommended by in-house counsel, clients, and peers across the global arbitration community.
According to Lexology, the 2026 edition is the result of a year-long research process that includes:
Thousands of nominations from legal practitioners and corporate counsel
Global outreach, with a focus on identifying standout individuals in the field of arbitration
Editorial validation, ensuring only consistently endorsed professionals are included
The final index presents practitioners whom clients and peers would genuinely recommend, without payment, ranking manipulation, or marketing bias.
A Recognition That Reflects Our Mission
At Astute Dispute Resolution, this recognition is particularly meaningful. We are a boutique practice focused on providing strategic and solution-oriented legal services in both commercial and investment treaty arbitration.
To see Nhu-Hoang's name featured in this index not only affirms her personal commitment to excellence, but also highlights the value of our firm’s approach, one built on independence, integrity, and client-focused advocacy.
We thank all those—clients, colleagues, and peers—who continue to support our work and mission.
