Yet, these stories are typically shared informally, in private conversations or during conference coffee breaks, rather than in broader professional forums where they could benefit the arbitration community at large.

 

To highlight the human side of arbitration practice and foster a deeper sense of community and storytelling within the field, Jus Mundi’s blog, Daily Jus, and Astute Dispute Resolution are collaborating to collect and publish impactful arbitration anecdotes—stories that have left a lasting mark on practitioners worldwide.

 

We invite you to share your experiences and be featured among the most compelling arbitration anecdotes published on Daily Jus. Whether you've encountered extraordinary situations in hearings, client relationships, deliberation rooms, or beyond, we want to hear from you!

We are now accepting submissions from arbitration professionals around the world.

 

Submission guidelines:

  • Deadline: 23 May 2025

  • Length: 800 to 1,200 words

  • Format: Submissions can be authored or anonymous

  • Publication: Selected stories may be published on Daily Jus
